The EGR valve on a 2000 Ford Windstar is located on the intake manifold near the firewall. It is typically located to the left of the main throttle body or slightly lower than the throttle body. On the passenger side it is located on the side of the intake manifold closest to the firewall. On the driver side it is located on the side of the intake manifold closest to the engine.

The 2002 Ford Windstar ECU can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The ECU will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
