Under an electronic control module on the right side forward when looking at the engine with the hood up. If you almost stand on your head you can see it under this module. I have no idea on how to remove it, the dealer says "don't mess with the module, it is sensitive and very expensive". Looks like the days of replacing your own battery are over!
