Chrysler does not have reset or shut off switches. The fuel system is controlled by the computer with an asd (auto shutdown) relay.
The engine computer, PCM, controls the auto shutdown relay.

From the information I have been able to gather, the 95 Chrysler cirrus do not have mass air flow sensor. Two different auto parts stores & 1 Chrysler dealer informed me that this particular vehicle does not have the sensor. Hope this helps, because I was looking for the same thing.
