ASD means auto shut down
Protects the ASD circuit which is the Automatic Shutdown which controls voltage to the fuel injectors and coil.
Its not below the dash where it normally is. Open the hood and it will be by the drivers side that says fuse box.
check your fuse, if fuse is good most likely the socket, or if the lighter is used often it can also fail.

I am trying to find out how to get a fuse diagram for my 2004 dodge stratus sedan?
faulty wiring or too low of a fuse, shorting out because the wire is touching metal or another wire
there is a fuse box under the hood on top of the drivers side wheel well and one at the end of the dash panel drives side
