The module is in-front of the emergency brake, underneath the cup holder between the driver and passenger seats. Take out the rubber insert that is the cupholder, there may be screws to remove but the center console is mostly held down by clips. It is difficult to remove and you may have to pull on the emergency break to remove it.
Brand new vehicle still under warranty. If you are having problems with the SRS, take it back to the dealer. It is illegal to modify the SRS, so don't even think of removing the module. You will void your warranty and possibly leave yourself open to a lawsuit if you have an accident with a passenger who gets hurt because you disconnected the SRS. I do not know your reason for asking, but let the dealer repair the vehicle.
