Under hood, passenger side beside/next to radiator. Top corner of radiator you will see a plugin with two wires hanging down. Unscrew it to remove. System does NOT have to be empty to replace. The pipe has a valve in it like a tire does. Before replacing, unplug it and plug it back in, it may just be a bad connection.
