the turn,hazard,park lambs are controled from the power modual on driver side fender well under the hood. it has a control modual attached to it. the power modual or fuse box has relays in it which power all the out side lights. these power moduals have printed circuits which are bad to fail causing the control modual fail also. usually you end up replacing the power modual and the control modual to fix the problem.
remove the inner wheel well and it will be there
it is located under the coils and ignition modual it is mounted under it all, it comes out with the modual, and be careful if it has been there a while you may break it,
Underneath the air filter box on the driver side. There is a modual called the CCRM with a harness coming out of it disconnect the modual. dont forget to disconnect the battery first... the relay is inside you can either replace the modual or take it apart and solder in an new relay. The ac, and fuel pump relay is also located inside.

the ignition control modual is located on the backside of the fuse box under the dashboard.
On the caravans, there is a resistor modual for the fan speed to the motor. This modual is located just behind the glove box. The cost is around $40.00 and is a dealer product only.

my 2001 is a square box 3"x 3.5" located at front of battery mounted on inside right fender.
remove your distributor cap remove your rotor cap button then look for the modual located on the right side inside of the casing where your distributor sat on remove the modual replace the part make sure you place lube onto the bottom of the modual where it makes contact then place everything back the way it came off hope this helps you.
