There is not one Wriong! On a 1984 Fiero there are 2 Stop/Turn Relays. They asre located on the fire wall in the engin compartment. I found them with the help of my wife and her accut hearing. Still having a problem with the left turn singals. With the running lights on they will not blink.
The fuel pump relay should be located in the engine compartment directly behind the drivers seat location. There will be two or three relays, one of which is the the fuel pump relay. You should disconnect battery before attempting to service the relay.
Pontiac Fiero was created in 1984.
The DME relay is located under the bonnet in a fuse box below the windscreen.
In the relay box with all the other relays.

The listed rating of the 1984 4-cylinder Fiero is : 94hp (if I recall correctly)
It's the large center button on the steering wheel with the Fiero Pegasus logo. If the horn is not working there's a problem with it. Actually the horn is located under the front bumper, I believe on the drivers side.
Should be the upper right side relay on the fuse panel.
It is located on the accumulator reservoir (receiver-dryer) in the front compartment, right-side.
"The turn signal flasher is located on the left steering column bracket under the instrument panel, next to the main fuse panel."
Yep, they built a bunch of those
