The speed sensor is located in the rear end on the driver's side, right next to the drive line. There is a wire connector that needs removed, and then one bolt and the sensor pulls right out.

The crankshaft position sensor is located on the front of the engine. It is just to the left of the crankshaft pulley.
ECC relay is in a box under the hood on the drivers side. open the lid and look at the inside of the cover and there will be a diagram of where each relay is located.

No it is not.
On a 94 Ford 7.3, the throttle POS sensor is on the throttle body. It is on the opposite side of the throttle linkage.
It should be in the tail shaft of the transmission. That's where mine is on 94 auto transmission.
