On a 1987 Ford F-150, the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is located on the intake manifold. It is near the fuel rail and on the driver's side.
It is in the intake air horn from the air filter to the throttle plate.
it's on the intake manifold.
The IAT sensor is an integral part of the MAF sensor
The IAT Sensor on a Ford F150 5.0l V8 is located on intake manifold on the driver side of the fuel rail. If your looking forward at the engine it is right behind the distributor. I hope that makes sense. That's the best I can put it. Best of luck.
i can't find the iat sensor for my 1987 nissan 300zx non turbo
You can locate the 2002 Ford Focus IAT sensor on the hose between the air filter box and the top of the engine. The IAT sensor will be labeled as such.
2002 models dont have an iat sensor
The 1998 Ford Explorer 5.0 liter engine IAT sensor is located between the engine and the air filter box. The IAT sensor will be on the air intake hose.

It stands for IAT sensor 1 Circuit High Input basically there is either a shortin the wiring or the sensor is bad. It is a sensor for intake air temperature and it will effect idle and misfire
