It isn't a full pump like on other engines.

You will need to pull the timing cover, the cover is itself part of the "pump", once pulled you will probably see (95% sure of this) two bolts partially backed out. This is the common cause of a low pressure reading in Dodge 8.0l V10's.

If they are backed out the oil is leaking back through the seal into the pan. Tighten to spec and reinstall.

If they are not backed out you will need a dodge oil pump rebuild kit. Bad news there since there is currently a 6 month back order on them.
