The Mass Airflow Sensor is in the top of the air intake, about 1 to 2 inches from where the rubber boot from the air filter box attaches to it. I replaced mine about 2 years ago. It is held in by 1 or 2 screws, and is an easy replacement. You should notice a marked inprovement in fuel mileage after replacing it.

The intake air temp sensor and the mass airflow sensor both mount near the air filter.
