The Daytime Running Lights Module needed to be replaced and the problem was solved.
Are you sure its the relay... Does the car receive spark... if not it might be the ASD Relay located on the finder, under the hood next to the battery, its the last relay there.... the ASD Relay sends power to both coil and fuel pump, if its bad it will cause both not to work.
Under the hood, next to the battery theres like 5 black boxes... I believe that the fuel pump relay is the 3rd or 4th although I could be wrong on which one it is. But that's where they are located
The fuel pump is located in the gas tank.

Look in the housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
The asd relay is located under the master cylinder close to the battery. The other relay under the master cylinder is the starter relay, but it is away from the battery. Hope that helps.
yes 1987-1994 will work
it is in between the brake booster and the battery. There's two relays there, which is my question.
Yes
Could be the ASD Relay (Auto ShutDown). If that's not working it can cut power to the coil, just switch the ASD Relay and replace it with the Horn Relay and see if that restores power, if so just go and get a new ASD Relay.
Uh....Starter Relay?
