which circuit breaker? either engine compartment or r.h. dashboard panel
For a 2002 Ford Explorer, the 30 amp circuit breaker in location #62 of the power distribution box in the engine compartment is the power window circuit breaker. (unfortunately in the 2002 owner's manuals it is labelled accessory delay ) later years are labelled as the power window circuit breaker.
In the 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood, the circuit breaker is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard or in the engine compartment. It may vary based on the specific model and trim of the vehicle. It is recommended to consult the owner's manual for the exact location.
Your engine is kaput.
In the power distribution box, in the engine compartment,WHICH IS LIVE - DISCONNECT YOUR NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE - there is a 30 amp circuit breaker for the 4 power windows ( at least on the 4 door there is ) The circuit breaker is supposed to reset itself, but some breakers need to be reset manually or replaced when they malfunction. It is in location # 62.
First check & see if you have good ground and clean batt terminals. Then battery cable to engine & frame. My guess is that its a fuse or circuit breaker. Your manual should show fuse & breaker locations.
On a 2002 Ford Explorer ( 4 door ) the 30 amp circuit breaker for the power windows is in location # 62 in your power distribution box in the engine compartment. DISCONNECT YOUR NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE - THE PD BOX IS LIVE !
(torque converter clutch circuit performance or stuck on)

The Circuit Breaker on a 1995 Jaguar XJR is located under the firewall in place of the blue hydro chronic area that is in between the legs of the upsidedown woman that fell on to her knees when the location of the firewall was found to make contact with the engine at 3.2 seconds then became the location of the circuit breaker of the 1995 Jaguar XJR. The 1998 Chevrolet Malibu automatic window fuse is located in the fuse box. The fuse box is in the engine compartment. Replace the automatic window fuse.
I was looking at the 1996 Ford Explorer Owner Guide : It shows in the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine compartment : The diagram is not numbered , so here goes : In the 2nd row from the drivers side , and in the 3rd spot from the firewall end of the P D Box is a : ( light green color 30 amp maxi fuse for the power windows / power locks and power seats ) The manual doesn't show anything about there being a circuit breaker
