The 2001 Chevy S 10 Blazer power door lock relay switch is located inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the drivers side door panel in order to access the door lock relay switch.
wher is the door relay of toyota corolla 2001
It depends, some are in the door, some are in a fuse box.
There are 4 compnets to the power door lock circuit, the door lock lock/switch, wiring, relay and lock motors. Are the locks both locking and opening? If so probably a bad power door lock relay $30.00, either way I would say relay is the most probable and then wiring harness shorting next.
If the door lock on a 2003 Saturn Ion is pushed into the door, it can be fixed by removing the inside panel of the door. Then the lock can be placed where it needs to be and secured in place.
Vin the relay panel ,
AnswerFord shop manuals for the 2000 and 2001 Taurus and Mercury Sable are oddly ambiguous about the location of this relay. The door lock relay for a 2000 Taurus (also 2000 Sable) is part number FOAZ-14N089A. The shop manual diagram 501-14-00-4, clearly labels the Door Lock Relay (K130), as well as the Door Unlock Relay (K129) and Driver Door Relay (K131), as being located in the Central Junction Box (CJB). A technician familiar with Ford electrical swears the relays are located in a block next to the GEM (Generic Electronic Module) assembly, which is behind the Central Junction Box (CJB). The CJB for these vehicles is essentially the fuse box located under the dash to the right of the brake pedal (between the brake pedal and hood release). Confusion comes from there being no reference to either Door Relay type inside the fuse box, as depicted in owners manual. However, in the shop manual diagram for CJB fuses, relays, etc., there are a number of relays that are not labled as to their purpose/function. Based on the problem the poster was experiencing, a troubleshooting help is: there are only those 3 relays, the GEM module, and a Door Lock Actuator for each door comprising the entire power door lock function.NOTE: If any individual door works by pressing the power lock/unlock or keyless entry button (if installed), then the problem is not a relay! It's either a faulty actuator, or wire corrosion of the wires under the carpet leading to the driver's side door electronics. If all doors misbehaving, then the relays are in play for culprits.I found the door lock relay, on our 2000 Taurus, inside the fuse block under the dash. After removing all the wiring connections, pulling out the fuse block, removing the fuses and relays, and then finally prying apart the fuse box I found the relay. However, to change this relay out, will require to un-solder numerous connections before even attempting to remove the relay. The relay on this board is listed as OMRON XWFR-CA 0960A13A.
There are two relays. One is Lock Relay and the other is Unlock Relay. They are located under the passenger seat
If you are able to unlock the doors but not lock them I would suspect the " door lock " relay located in the jack storage compartment . There are relays for door unlock / door lock / interior lamps / driver door unlock / and trailer park lamps in the relay box. The door lock relay is one of the larger relays , located in the bottom left position ( looking at the picture ) good luck !
