Crawl under the car and look up at the radiator near the passenger side. you should see a hole in the body plastic that helps protect any debris from hitting the engine. The hole is for the radiator drain plug and it takes a fat Philips screwdriver to undo the plastic plug. If the coolant is dark green, you waited to long to change the fluid, hope a good flush fixes any cooling problems. on a scale of 1-10, I would rate it a 2 since all it takes is some fluid and a screwdriver.
Should be located at bottom or rear of radiator or remove lower radiator hose
On the bottom of the radiator, driver's side. It's a plastic phillips-head screw.
in the altima, the radiator plug is at the left side of the bottom. if your planning to drain it, be very carefull because the plug is kinda fragile since its plastic. dont over tighten when putting it back in :)
PUT IT IN THE RADIATOR. MAKE SURE YOUR ENGINE IS COOL AND USE THE DRAIN COCKPIT LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR RADIATOR TO DRAIN ENOUGH OF THE FLUID TO ACCOUNT FOR HOW MUCH ANTIFREEZE YOU ARE ADDING.
Its located on the passanger side of the car on the bottom of the radiator, looks like a plastic screw. go to autozones website to see exactly what it looks like.
The radiator cap is located on the top of the radiator. The Nissan Almera has a radiator located under the hood.

Drain the radiator. Remove the belts driving the pump. The pump can then be unbolted and replaced. Make sure to use new gaskets during the installation.
