Resistor pack on blower motor? Fan switch? Low speed relay?
replace the blower control switch One of 3 likely scenarios: Defective blower motor, problem with the switch or most likely is the resistor for the blower motor is bad. The resistor may also be referred to as a relay. THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR IS MORE THAN LIKELY BAD IT DOES NOT SEND VOLTAGE THROUGH THE RESISTOR ON HIGH SPEED ONLY THE LOWER SPEEDS TO DROP THE VOLTAGE. 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 THIS IS THE PROBLEM. SHOULD BE ABOUT $20.00
The blower motor resistor is located under the hood, in the right hand cowl, behind the windshield washer bottle.............
Blown fuse, defective heater control switch, bad resistor pack, loose or disconnected wire.
Not sure about the relay, but there is a blower resistor assembly located on the heater case to the right of the blower motor.

The blower motor resistor on a 1993 Nissan Altima is behind the glove compartment on the passenger side of the vehicle. To access the blower motor resistor, the glove compartment can be removed by lowering the bottom as much as possible and removing it from the hinges.
On the B250 van the blower resistor is located behind the passenger glove box, remove the glove box shell and resistor is located just to the right side, you can't miss it.

The blower motor speed resistor may be burned out. The resistor is available from your local auto parts store.
