If your engine is like mine, a 3.1, you should see a red handled dipstick near the firewall in the shape of a "T". I think it is marked "Transmission". Easiest to access while standing at the driver's fender. You pour Transmission Fluid in the tube once you've removed the dipstick. You should have the proper funnel with a small spout for the 5/8" tube for allowing the fluid to enter the tube where the fluid dipstick is housed. Be sure the car is level and engine warm and idling in Park. Also, be sure to have shifted the transmission through all the gears before checking fluid level. Add slight amounts and keep checking to avoid overfilling past the full mark. An owner's manual or service manual would help you. Try your local library.
