Jack up the jeep, place a jack stand under the axle, loosen and remove the lug nuts and pull the wheel off.
Lift up the backseat.
The tank will be full. ????????
jack the jeep up high and set jack stands under the frame so that when you lower the jack the suspension drops down, now you can get at the bolts and remove the pan easily.
It is easier to just jack up both sides of the car separately, or drive the car up on ramps.

Block and heads are the same, manifolds may be different.
jack up the radiator cap and park a jeep under it
