On my 97 Lesabre Limited the paint code is on a sticker that is affixed to the top of the spare tire cover in the trunk. There are lots of parts numbers on the sticker but the paint code is the character string at the lower left. If the car is two-toned there will be an upper (U) code and a lower (L) code. Otherwise there will be just one paint code. Go to any of several websites to match your numerical code to a description of the color.
The P0336 fault code on 1997 Buick Lesabre is a fault in the crankshaft position sensor circuit.
It is located on the spare tire cover.
take it to a transmission shop. The problem is in the tcc valve body.
When I had that problem on my 1997 buick lesabre, I had to replace the catalyst converter and the 02 sensor on it. It resolved the issue with the code.
Look in the glove box; One of the last characters is PNT (paint) WAxxxx, write all those numbers down and bring them in then you will figure it out.
