The 1989 Buick Century oil sender is located inside of the oil pan. You will need to remove the oil pan in order to view the oil sender.
The fuel pump relay is located under the hood, behind the passenger side headlight. You will see a bank of 2-8 relays, and a couple fuses. One of those relays, and one of those fuses goes to the fuel pump.
It is located on the frame on the driver's side just forward of the gas tank.
