There are two. One of them is located behind the headlamp and interior light switches, which you can remove by unscrewing the two push screws that are on the side of the dash panel. The other panel is a little tricker, as it is located behind the glovebox. You can access it by removing the four screws on the bottom lip of the dash and two bolts on the firewall attached to the climate control ducts, and removing the entire plastic panel. The other panel is on the far right side of the heating/cooling condenser unit.
