That is my question, I want to know where the brake interlock is located at?

The shifter on automatic transmission cars is interlocked with the brake. You can not take it out of PARK unless you press on the brake pedal. If you are pressing on the brake and it still will not come out of PARK, the interlock solenoid may be bad.
Brake - Shift Interlock
Check to see if the brake lights are working - shift interlock and stop lights are on the same circuit - check the fuses - Try turning the key to the 1st (unlock) position shift to neutral to start and then shift to Drive Check the shifter interlock switch on the brake pedal. Possible linkage problems also.

Check to see if the brake lights are working. Shift interlock and brake lights are on a common circuit. Check fuse Try turning the key to 1st position "unlock" thenshift to neutral to start and then shift to "drive".
Should be the same as the stop light fuse
Might be a problem with the brake/transmission interlock switch

There is a shifter interlock switch on the brake pedal which also controls the brake lights
