Jeep Wrangler did not make a Rubicon model in 2000 so finding the price on this is not possible. The first year that the Rubicon model was made was in the year 2003.
I believe the stud spacing is the same. Dont use the Rubicon wheels though cause the rubber is bigger than the standard 1994 height. You would have to have a small lift to get these to fit without rubbing. I have a 1995 Wrangler. Plus the rubicon has a bigger axle and I am not positive if it is the same stud pattern. Depends on the year, tj's started at the 1997 model year.
Mustang wheels will fit on a 2000 Crown Vic depending on the year of the Mustang.
The jeep wrangler does not have side airbags in any model or year its not a possiblity with the wranglers constuction.

I also have a 2000 jeep wrangler. This year has a problem with the heater core plugging up. You can either try to flush it out, or just replace the heater core.
The Model T was never produced with wire wheels. From 1908 to 1925 it came equipped with wooden artillery wheels. In 1926 it was changed to steel spoke wheels.
All TJ Wranglers (1997-2006 model year Wranglers) have a 5 on 4.5" wheel bolt pattern from the factory.
1997-2006 will fit.
The last YJ body Wrangler was a 1995 model.
