Well, the Super Duty range consists of the F250 through F750, so they haven't yet.. it's currently available in the F450 through F750. 2010 was the last model year when it was available for the F250 and F350.
Check your oil and make sure there is plenty of oil, these trucks are designed to die if the oil is low and it that's not it then you need to have the oil pressure pump checked.
