It could be bad brakes or bad wheel bearing.
Passenger side rear tire? Someone is doing burn-outs.
the rear front axle gear box would brake then it would snow drops of water
A tire wobbles when the nuts have not been tightened sufficiently.
it locks the spare tire from being stolen
The front tires ( the unpowered ones) lock up first, along with the one rear tire that is not being powered. In most cars, the rear tire with the least traction is the one that gets the power.
What kind of noise and is it just one tire?
a tire is a piece of rubber, you can't lock it. can you re-phrase your question? (are you wondering if stock rims have locking lug nuts, if your durango is equipped with lockers?)
A bad tire weight can cause a rubbing noise on full left lock on your Honda Civic 1997. A bubble on the tire can also cause this.
A brake issue such as a stuck e-brake cable.
Excessive brake pressure, or brake pressure imbalance Front/Rear.
That would bring your tire to about three times its normal psi level, which should cause the tire to explode. The physics of pressure, too, would indicate that air might escape the tire but wouldn't flood into it. You may want to check the tire guage you're using.
