#1 issue would be fuel pump the pump is getting old and not pumping enough fuel into the chainbers,
#2 Spark plugs = old and not very good for operation will not egnite the fuel fumes and will not burn in chainber there for your fuel will go out exhaust an you will have a lack of power.
#3 Pedal lag. The pedal might have a loose cable that is only kicking in when you get to that certain point.
