Yes, you can siphon gas out of a 1991 Buick LeSabre, which is handy if you happen to put diesel into the tank rather than gasoline. Just use a hose with a pump or some type of suction device to remove the bad gasoline from the tank.

refrigerant oil has to do with A/C and is is R134A bit motor oil is 5w30 all year
Your "operators manuel" should explain which type of oil to use. I have a 96 Buick, LaSabre, that uses 10/30 wt.

Highest or middle octane. I wouldn't use the lowest.
There are number of different kinds of gas you should use. The gas you should use depends on the situation.
