The first thing I would tell you is to check with the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in the state where you live. My son and I have Jeep Wranglers. His is a '98, mine is an '02. His Jeep has a 3 inch lift and big tires, mine has standard factory size wheels and tires. The first time I tried to take his through inspection, they told me the tires stuck out more than 2 in. past the fender flares and that it wouldn't pass. So, I went home, got out my floor jack and jack stands and swapped wheels and tires so his would pass. I wound up buying a new set of extended fender flares from quadratec.com and haven't had any problems since.
Hope this helps.

If the Jeep is already lifted you may not need anything else but tires. A 2003 Jeep Wrangler, Rubicon Edition, has a 2 inch suspension and uses 33 inch tires.
