The most important thing (according to Ford's recommendation) is the timing belt. Also, you might as well have the water pump replaced at the same time. It only makes economic sense to do it that way. Other than that, just the usual checks - brakes - accessory serpentine belt - have the constant velocity (CV) joints checked as well. Happy motoring!
