It looks like the Silverado 1500 can tow 5500 to 7200 Lbs depending on which configuration your truck has.
Class A: Vehicles (or combinations) with a GVWR/GCWR in excess of 26,000 lbs., provided the vehicle in tow (i.e., the trailer) has a GVWR in excess of 10,000 lbs. Class B: Single vehicles with a GVWR in excess of 26,000 lbs., or combinations with a single vehicle with a GVWR in excess of 26,000 lbs, and a vehicle in tow with a GVWR not exceeding 10,000 lbs.
It is the same as posted passenger vehicles. Trucks/Cars with trailers have a posted speed lower than passenger vehicles so if the motorhome is hauling a tow car then they should follow the posted speed limit for vehicles with trailers.

There are a couple companies that make a receiver hitch for them with tow-ratings around 500-750 lbs but the two eyelets in the rear work great for pulling other vehicles around.
At http://autos.aol.com/car-finder/7-passenger/ there is a comparison with 18 pages of seven passenger vehicles. You can narrow down your search by indicating styles, makes, tow ratings or several other options.
Single vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of more than 26,000 lbs., and combination vehicle with a Gross Combination Weight Rating of more than 26,000 lbs., when the vehicle in tow does not have a weight rating in excess of 10,000 lbs.
Yes. The GMC Envoy comes equipped from factory with a standard tow pkg. They are rated to pull around 5500 lbs. Depending on rear axle ratio 3.42 maybe a little less or 4.10 a little more. Most came with 3.42 or 3.73 rear axles, so 5000-5500 lbs. is a safe bet. You will need to get a trailer brake controller installed in your Envoy if you are pulling more than 4000 lbs.
Pilot can tow 4500 lbs
A tow truck is a vehicle used to tow disabled, improperly parked, or otherwise impounded vehicles. Here are the main uses of tow trucks: β’ Towing disabled vehicles: Tow trucks are used to tow vehicles that are disabled due to accidents, mechanical failures, or other issues that prevent the vehicle from operating properly. This includes vehicles with dead batteries, flat tires, broken axles, etc. β’ Removing impounded vehicles: When a vehicle is impounded by law enforcement, a tow truck is often used to remove the vehicle from the location and transport it to an impound lot. This includes vehicles that were illegally parked, abandoned, or seized by police. β’ Providing roadside assistance: Tow trucks are often dispatched to provide roadside assistance to motorists, such as changing flat tires, jumpstarting vehicles, and providing fuel. Many tow companies offer roadside assistance plans. β’ Commercial towing: Tow trucks tow cargo trailers, campers, boats, and other commercial vehicles when needed for maintenance or repairs. They also transport these vehicles between locations, such as from factories to dealerships. β’ Emergency response: Tow trucks are employed for emergency response for incidents involving overturned vehicles or vehicles blocking roadways.
