i had the same problem. rite above the brake cylinder there is a coil pack. just change that or cover it so no moisture goes in it adn u should be ok. before i found this out i went throught two starters grinding the car to turn over until i figured it out.
somewhere under the hood or on the car the dew or water deposite droplets is touching together metal and causing electrical shortage and when the water either drains or drys out it will not do it anymore.

turning it on! lol
CVC joint needs replacing. This can be dangerous, have it repaired.
Nothing realy.. with the choke on the engine receives more fuel making it easier to run with a cold motor. after starting the engine, wait about two minutes before turning it off.
about 10 minutes
no
It screeches because it's starting up.
The system resets every time you shut the key off. the lamp stays on til the fault is repaired
this is a very general question, you need to narrow it down some, such as its turning over but not starting. are your lights coming on, do you have the key, are you turning the key, does it have fluids, etc....
Booting the computer means starting it up or turning it on.
it had a big bang of its own! (its rapidly turning into a white elephant...) It basically stopped working, and needs to be repaired. (you do mean the Hadron collider yes?)
