Absolutely .. You will have to change the flex plates and the ECM only. The harness is modular and works with both V10 and V8. I did the opposite for a customer. I put in a V10. Oh .. the pulleys on the V10 are 8 rib and the V8 are 6 rib, so the pulley on the AC and power steering pump will need to be converted.
