For the 3.0 litre V6 engine and the 3.9 litre V8 engine :
( " premium " unleaded gasoline , 91 octane or higher )
According to the 2008 Lincoln Navigator Owner Guide : " regular " unleaded , 87 octane
unleaded - 91 octane ( according to the 2000 Lincoln Navigator owners manual for the 5.4 L - 4 valve - V8 engine )
You can find that info in the owners manual.
check your owner's manual. Probably premium.

I have a 04 Lincoln LS V6 and it uses premium grade fuel (octane 91+). there should be a sticker in the inside of the fuel door that 'll tell you what octane level you should be using.
