How do I unlock my 1998 I 30 radio reset
Do you mean the radio unlock code? If you do, it is 4893 for my daughter's 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage.
Your GM dealer is the only place you may get the code for free. Actually, you can get the unlock code for your radio from www.DelcoLockCodes.com. I got my code through them for $4.99 and got it in an hour or two. Good luck!
I had a problem before with my 1998 firebird where the radio locked and I had to get a code to unlock it now it is locked again and I don't have the manual to get the instructions to unlock it but I do still have the code.
For a $900 dollar 1 time fee you can get this code from your local dealership.
underneth your ashtray there are numbers on it they are your radio code
If your refering to your sterio locking, then hope that it is the original sterio that came with the car. In my case my battery died in my car twice and locked my sterio....I took it into a dealer that specialized in my type of car, and they have to run tests through the computer in the vehicle, to find the code. There are alot of possibilities as well! Unfortunatly for me my sterio wasnt the original that came with the vehicle. So the gentlmen told me it would take days and lots of money to figure out which code unlocks my sterio. Because they can only try so many in a certain time frame.
Both. Zip code 95746 is the city of Sonoma, California which is in Sonoma County.
Remove the radio(carefully). The code is on the back Wow, real theft detterent
You must go to your GMC Dealer. They can get a special code out of your radio then call an 800 number and it'll give them the unlock code. they will then enter that code they receive from the 800 into your radio and it will be unlocked. you might have to prove ownership of vehicle for then to do this - the reason for this is to prevent theft of radios
