Moisture in the cylinders is a sign of a blown head gasket.

I personally have a 1994 f150 and I had to take the hub out, which consists of a few Alan head screws then you remove the hub asseembly and then it requires a specialty socket to take out 2 more bolts in the hub. Then you take off 5 or 6 bolts that holds the rotor on itself.
Remove ignition transformer to reach it. There should be 2 camshaft position sensors on the 5.4L engine - visibly on the front right cylinder head and the other visibly on the front of the left cylinder head. Remove ,Replace, then return ignition transformer.
