for small pick-ups, Ford Ranger has a good reputation for reliability. Mazda makes the same truck. There is no one most reliable truck. Every truck is different depeding on how it is/was treated. Almost any truck is reliable as long as you take care of it. I own a 1994 Chevrolet C1500 Cheyenne that has had no unnatural problems ever. Every truck is bound to need new tires, new oil, new gas pump (eventually)...etc. But if you take good care of a truck, it will not let you down! Sometimes trucks have design flaws (very rare), but almost any truck will do.
The most reliable pickup truck would be a mid-80's Toyota Hilux. They are good for over 200,000 miles or 20 years of service and practically indestructible as proven by Top Gear.
Chevrolet is a cheaper pick up truck than Ford and very reliable. Toyota is another cheaper but smaller truck. So it depends on how big of a truck you need
a pickup and a truck are the same thing hence the term pickup truck a pickup can be a truck but a truck doesn't have to be a pickup.
The Toyota Tacoma is one of the best most reliable used pickup truck. It may be expensive at times but is well worth it. the best brand of pickup truck out there is ford all the way. i have not seen a better ford since year 2000.

The mass of a pickup truck depends on the truck but the average truck is about 162 kg.
I am not likely to buy a Nissan pickup. I prefer Toyota brand because they are a more reliable brand. Plus, I prefer a car to a truck.
It is possible depending on what kind of pickup truck you own.
A Mercedes truck is a very reliable truck, given that Mercedes is a luxury line of vehicles. Most luxury brands of vehicles are of superior build quality.
Toyota Hilux, Suburu Brumby.
No pickup truck that is "cheap" is going to qualify as a "good" pickup truck. I would suggest spending the money on a high-quality pickup truck. It doesn't have to be luxury, but you definitely get what you pay for.
