Try a Ford/Mercury or Nissan dealer.
You can order a light bar from Richat automotive, google it for location $270.00
The CV joints on a 1993 Mercury Villager can be replaced by removing the front tires and the brake caliber. Next, the rotor, tie rod, and bottom ball joint must be removed. Then, a pry bar can be sued to pry the CV joint away from its housing.
The bulb for a 1995 Villager is a 2040-USA, a specialty, black tip halogen. I suspect the 1997 is the same. donsbulbs.com I haven't figure out where to get them yet. The Mercury villager uses four (4) 2040 bulbs. If you are in Canada you can get them at Canadian Tire stores at a cost of about 8.99 per bulb. If you are in the USA or to order online you can go to a NAPA auto parts store or napaonline.com. The cost there is about $12.99 per bulb. the bulbs last on average 500 hours
It can be, but I would use a tow dolly to keep from building a custom tow bar attached to the van.
Since The Villager is of unibody construction, there are only a couple things that can be considered "subframe bushings". Sway bar bushings (front and rear), rear leaf spring bushings, and the most likely, control arm bushings.
Remove the top screw located on the hood support bar. There are two hooks holding the light with side fender. Push the corner light towards the center (HeadLamps) and release it using screw driver. Pull the light outwards, there is a screw held by locking strip. It should come out by pulling the light. For aasembly, start from inserting hooks in their place, push the light in (will require little force) and put the top screw in.
The front light bar, they are 2040 blubs or lamps.
Normally it is not the swaybar itself but the bushings. You have a set of two on each side of the car, an upper and lower. Fairly easy to do. About 8 bucks for each set.
Those aren't headlights, they're considered running lights or parking lights. I believe that mercury calls this a Light Bar.
The belt tensioner should have a area to place a bar or ratchet into. As you pry backwards, you release tension on the belt and it will slide off. Watch how the belt runs before you remove it. Mark
It is a Philips 2040 Halogen bulb. Expensive too..About $9 each.
