Just Bought a 2006 Dodge ram mega cab 4x4 hemi, i travel Maine roads daily with it, about a hundred miles a day, up and down hills, no stop and go though, at about 60mph, my average is 13.8. on a cold morning around town, 9.3mpg if truck is warm and on a straight away with no hills, then 16mpg or so at 65mph hope this helps
I have this exact truck in quad cab and I am only getting 14.21 mile per gallon. I figured i should be getting more but I am not.

Depends on engine size, year, and driving habits. 10mpg on a 5.9L V8 with an aggressive driver to 20 mpg on a 5.7L Hemi
Depends on gear ratio but you can expect 15MPG or less
