I have a 1990 Pontiac sunbird and i was only able to find one, it was behind the exhaust manifold on the block. I myself am having problems finding the other. I hope this helps.
go to autozone.com upper left current vehicle. choose car, repair info, vehicle repair guides, engine electrical and firing orders.
I've replaced one before, you don't need to lift the engine, but there is some there is some crazy angles to work with.
the firing order will be located on the intake usually the aluminum part of the engine on the top you may need a lite to seeit

firing order 1-2-4-3 #1 is the piston on the passanger side the 31 on the cap is the one closer to the front at the top
