Just go back to the chrome webstore and download them again. If you had your google account hooked up to the browser you can restore it back to a certain time but only if your account was hooked up.

your fuel lines either are clogged or you dont have it hooked up right. does it make a wining sound when you turn it on if not then it's not hooked up right or it is defected
No, but it will not clean the water just circulate it, the water will still turn green after a while you should get a filter hooked up as soon as you can.
The pump is in the tank under the rear seat, first change the fuel filter then check the PSI at the air looking valve on the fuel line hooked to the throdel cable bracket. It should have no less than 17 lb
