The master cylinder contains the reservoir for the brake fluid. This is where you would add it on an 1990 Cutlass Supreme.
It's on top of the brake pedal under the dash.
Just tell the parts store what type of car you have and they will be able to get you the right pads.
The minimum thickness specs are stamped into the rotors.
Pull the tires off and take the brake calipers off and the rotors will pull off.
Look above the brake pedal on the rod that holds the pedal. There is a button that engages when you depress the pedal to activate the lights. Your parts store will have a replacement and can show you how it is attached.
