access the blower fan from the engine compartment, passengers side, on the firewall, about the easiest blower motor to replace I have ever encountered.
check your fuse, check the wiring to the blower or the blower motor itself could be shot.

The Blower Motor has a resistor attached to the blower motor itself. I'm not familar with a relay for the motor. I think you have to remove the Blower Motor itself to get access to the resistor. The blower motor is under the dash on the passenger side. It's like 3 maybe 4 bolts to remove.

easiest to pull blower motor then you can get at resistor, best to have a flexible extension (not a swivel) and you can access the bolts easier
* Disconnect the negative battery cable * Remove the glove compartment and lower dash trim to gain access to the heater case and blower motor * Detach the blower motor cover and disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor * Remove the blower motor mounting screws and pull the blower motor carefully out of the housing * If you are replacing the motor detach the fan and transfer it to the new motor
