6-Bolt pattern.
The bolt pattern for Dodge Dakota wheels is 6 on 4.5inches (114.3mm) for 4x4 models and 5 on 4.5 inch for older two wheel drive models.

Possibly, first the 2002 could have either 15" or 16" rims, depending on brake type, with a 6 bolt pattern hub. The 2004 to my knowledge was the first year that the Dakota came standard with 4 wheel disc brakes, to which the 15" rim will not fit. Also I have been told that the 2004 also came with a 5 or 6 bolt pattern hub.
There are a number of trucks that have a 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. From Dodge alone, these include the Durango (from 2004 on), the Dakota (from 2005 on), and the Ram Charger (from 1979 to 1983). The Kia Sorrento from 2003 on also has this bolt pattern.

No, the Chevrolet 6 bolt pattern is larger than the Dakota's.
