Reset it in the trunk to turn on or unplug it but your fuel pump wont work
There is not an inertia switch on this car. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays. So you need to stat with checking for codes, check fuses, etc.
the inertia switch locks the ignition. this can occur without the airbags being deployed. if your car wont start it is a good possibility that the inertia switch has locked the ignition. the switch is usually located on the passenger side of the vehicle behind the kick panel on the right side
There is a fuel shut off switch in the trunk, ( INERTIA SWITH ) It needs to be reset, and theres a button on it , PUSH IT
I don't believe that GM used inertia switchs on their cars. That's Ford. GM uses a simpler, and better system. If there is no oil pressure, the fuel system wont turn on.
Battery is dead, Key is off, Inertia Switch has been tripped. Too vague a question
Yu can't cutoff your fuel.
Didn't mention what vehicle you have but, if it is a Ford product the inertia switch may have popped. Can't tell you where the switch is without knowing what vehicle you have.
theres a pressure switch just above brake pedal under the dash probably bad
The safety override switch is probably on. If not, then the motor or switch may be bad.
main switch is bad
I rear ended another vehicle. my half ton ford van wont start. bumper damage only, it turns over but, acts as though it is getting no fuel. i would like to know where the fuel inertia switch is located so i can drive it home. thank you.
