Pretty much just the spark plugs. If you have a check engine light and it shows a miss on a certain cylinder, this usually means a bad coil. Each plug has it's own coil. This is the expensive part of a tune up. These trucks are labor intensive to tune up. Use a good double platinum plug and replace ALL coils if needed. You don't want to have to do this any more often than necessary. Make sure to use dielectric grease on the boots to keep water out.
