Poor performance and lack of power can be caused by many things and you'll need to figure out what is going on.
Some of the more common are:
* improper ignition timing * damaged or worn out sensors * poor compression * worn or fouled sparkplugs * dirty air cleaner But it's relatively simple to check some of these. First, look at the air cleaner, maybe you can just replace it and everything will be fine.
Next, connect an engine diagnostic scanner to see if anything simple is wrong. The scanner can point out a lot of problems that the computer can detect.
After that, run a compression test. If the engine has low compression you won't be able to get much performance out of it. When you are checking the compression, examine the plugs. If they're fouled or the electrodes are excessively worn it might be a good time to replace them.
Good luck.
impala sluggish after second gear
How much oil does a 93 Chevy truck hold
Will a 93 chevy silverato steering collum fit a 98 chevy silverato
give it a tune-up/ oil change. try a new fuel filter. check into z-max at auto store to sub in a quart during oil change. It actually does help.
Slow engine RPM is the main reason a car may be sluggish while accelerating. However, it also could be due to the oil.
it could be the starter motor getting lazy
YES they are.
it causes you to have memory loss, and be confused for a whilt Ammonia also causes you to have lethargy which means to be sluggish or to be in a deep sleep
Many things can cause a car to be sluggish like dirty air filter, check engine light came on, bad transmission, bad engine, etc.
Depends what parts. The 93 is first generation. The 03 is the second generation.
