To put into 4 low foot must be on the brake stationary and vehicle in neutral .
You need a new battery! Happend to me too, not enough crank amps to engage the needles as the truck is being started. Hope it works buddy.
as long as it is size appropriate. Can be put on a Jeep CJ so no reason you can't get one on a F150
Ah yes the mysterious shake... As far as I can tell, its the torque converter... Though if that's not your problem, it could always be your idle sensor... Could it possibly be the U-Joints as well?

Well I think its the 04-07 Lightning, it was a concept truck but I think that would be the fastest factory built f150.
