Usually the timing on a Ford Ranger is set as a part of a general tune-up. The price of doing so in included in the price of most tune-ups and it's wise to have it set in the same period of time that you'd get your oil changed in order to retain peak performance.
A tune up for a 1998 Ford Taurus can cost varying amounts of money. This depends on where you get it done at. It might cost you $100 or it could cost over $500.
Power loss in a 93 Ford Ranger 3.0 is often caused by a dirty hair filter, weak spark, and worn plugs. Performing an engine tune-up will often restore much of the power loss.
