well it help if you list what engine you have. but it's pretty straight forward on almost all vehicles. you fallow the rubber hose out of the top of the radiator. it will lead into your engine block. between the hose and block the will be a metal "goose neck" held in by two bolts. there is usually two hoses coming from the goose neck. just unbolt the two bolts and the thermostat is right behind it. have a bucket ready because the will be a fair amount of coolant coming out. it's pretty easy and straight forward. good luck!
